The Howe Family

When my husband and I first met, he had been a member at the church he grew up in and I was church-hopping trying to find the right place for me. So I started attending his church and quickly made friends with Blinne (the beauty you see in these photos). We have a few ugly-sweater party photos together from a few years back in the Facebook treasure trove. Those were the days! 😉 It was awesome to catch up with this babe and her beautiful family at Antietam Battlefield. She snagged an extra mini-session spot to get that GOOD-GOOD light and I’m not complaining!

Blinne and her outdoorsman, Bucky, have been married for 7 years. They love date nights, grubbing at new restaurants and any activity in the great outdoors. Bucky owns Appointed Outdoors and shares his love of hunting and fellowship on his YouTube channel – Check him out! Blinne is one of those friends that is just effortless to be with, calm, kind and gentle-spirited. And little Miss Harper is no exception. You’re a lucky man, Bucky!

Harper made my job easy-peasy! Sweet smiles all around which had me thinking she does this often. But NOPE. Hasn’t had pictures taken since she was just a babe! Just a super easy-going girl, flexible and adaptable, just as her Mama described her to me. 🙂 It was such a joy to shoot with this kind-hearted family. This session made my heart SING.
