Eric + Shannell

Shannell + Eric had a gorgeous Lake Raystown Resort wedding on Mother’s Day. It was an extra special date because they were also celebrating Shannell’s grandparents 69th wedding anniversary. One of my favorite moments from the reception was when Shannell grabbed her grandfather for a stroll across the dance floor. She met my eyes and whispered, “It’ll be a short one.” 😉 These are the tender life moments I feel so honored to capture.

Eric and Shannell weathered a storm together that no couple ever imagines—cancer.  Shannell battled lymphoma with the support of her family and stronghold, Eric. And praise be to our Wonderful, Merciful Savior, she is now in remission! What a reason to celebrate!

These two have a beautiful, blended family with three precious kiddos. They made promises to God, to one another and to each other’s babies. It was such an incredible day full of joy, love and gratefulness to be together. Thank you for including me in your special day, guys. This is definitely happily ever after.
