If there’s ever two people that could talk for hours, it’s two nurses. *Stop looking at us*. Buuuut I didn’t mind the few extra minutes catching up with Jillian and her fam and their brand new baby girl, Caroline!

On their front door hung a bright pink, “It’s a girl!” sign so I knew this was the right place. I was eagerly greeted by two bouncing girls wanting to show me their bunk bed. Man, I love kids.

Emerson listed off her friends names while I moved about shooting–a true multitasker just like her nurse mama. She also told me she helps people feel better and honestly I did feel even better when I left…so strange.

Big sister Hadley waited so patiently for her turn to hold Caroline. As Mom placed Caroline in her arms, her smile grew three sizes and she whispered, “This is the best, this one is going in my room.” Like come on, best big sister ever.

We ended our in-home session with foot high-fives from Hadley & Emerson which I somehow totally understood. All and all, 10/10 family session, ya’ll.

Welcome to a really great family, Caroline. You are so loved, obviously.
