We love your work. How do we book?
Fantastic! To reserve your wedding date, I'll need a completed contract and a 50% non-refundable retainer. The remaining balance will be due at least thirty days prior to the wedding.
How many photos will we receive?
Wedding galleries typically include anywhere between 50-75 images/hour. The exact amount varies from wedding to wedding.
Do you charge a travel fee?
Sixty miles of round-trip travel from the Zipcode 25427 is included in your wedding package. Additional mileage is added at the current rate.
When should we schedule engagement photos?
Whenever you would like! I recommend photos at least 5-7 months in advance of the big day to use images for save-the-dates.
What's your shooting style?
A combination of discreet and interactive. It’s important for me to control certain parts of the day (like family portraits) to ensure we stay on schedule and to provide a great experience for you and your guests.
Can I give you a list of ideas/POSES I LIKE?
I do not accept Pinterest boards or shot lists. It's important for me to maintain creative control over the engagement session or wedding day to create images that are truly unique to you as a couple and not an imitation of someone else's work.
IS 8 HOURS ENOUGH TIME?
In my experience, 8 hours is enough time to adequately cover your entire wedding day, highlighting the special moments while still allowing plenty of time for portraits. You can add an additional 1-2 hours of coverage to your package if needed.
Do I need a second photographer?
Having a second shooter means more wedding day coverage and ultimately more images from your special day. When you book two photographers, we can cover more in less time. Which ultimately means more time for bride + groom portraits (my fave!). The second shooter package is my most popular pick!
do you photograph surprise proposals?
Yes! I'd love to photograph your surprise proposal! I offer proposal photography within 60 miles of Martinsburg, WV.
